1. Agricultural Territory Salesperson – Somerset & Devon
Are you passionate about agricultural machinery and eager to build a rewarding career? Compass Tractors is looking for a dynamic Territory Salesperson to join our team and cover parts of Somerset and Devon. You’ll be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our premium range of machinery brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop customer relations within your territory
- Promote and sell agricultural machinery solutions
- Work collaboratively with our sales, service, and parts teams to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored solutions to customer needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities
- A genuine passion for agricultural machinery, with or without prior sales experience

2. Experienced Agricultural Engineer – Bridgwater Depot
Compass Tractors is seeking an Experienced Agricultural Engineer to join our expert team at the Bridgwater Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery. From tractors and combines to sprayers and balers, you will ensure that our customers receive top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, both on-site and at the depot
- Diagnose and resolve faults on agricultural machinery
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections on new equipment
- Use diagnostic tools and laptop-based service tools
- Promote Compass Tractors’ services to customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an agricultural engineer
- Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Excellent communication and IT skills

3. Agricultural Assistant Service Manager – Bridgwater Depot
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Agricultural Assistant Service Manager to support our Service Department at the Bridgwater Depot. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our service processes, handling everything from customer inquiries to scheduling and service reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with service administration and maintain service department records
- Coordinate technician schedules and manage work orders
- Process warranty and product improvement claims
- Handle customer payments and service-related inquiries
- Proactively contact customers for machine alerts and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a service department
- Experience in agriculture, commercial vehicles, or similar industries (desirable)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
